Device Grading

Tech Defenders uses an aggregate scoring system to determine the overall condition grade of each device. Depending on the device type, laptop or tablet, a unique set of components are scored A-D with each component being assigned a weighted score. This weighted score is combined to determine the overall score, corresponding to both a point and letter grade.

The scale listed below is a generalized overview of the device condition, including potential imperfections by grade.
